Hey Guys,
How’s it going?

Firstly, We’d like to wish you a Happy Christmas & New Year. Secondly, It’d like to apologize on behalf of myself and Jon for not posting as regularly as we should do. It’s Jons fault.

So what’s been going on?
So, basically, we created a sick app that I will keep the name hush at the moment. We got let down by a few developers. We then got it developed and we loved it. Then I decided I hated the design. So, I’ve been working on a new design aswell as sorting out Resizem V2, other apps and other personal bits.

So, Resizem V2

Many of you may remember Resizem, it was a website we launched a long time ago in Beta mode. Finally we have got a full version 2 up. This is what it includes.

User System

Login Via Twitter

Gallery

Social Uploading (Facebook, Flickr, Twitter)

Upload from URL

Red Eye

Bug fixes

A big thanks goes to @46Bit for doing such a great job so quickly.

Go to Resizem

Any help spreading the word would be very much appreciated.

Today we sold Feederr for $500; which is a amazing result considering we only launched it two days ago! This project turned out to give us our best profit to date with a profit margin of 1024% percent. This works out of a total profit of $461.20 on the project. This leaves our current overall balance at $1,398.95

The site received an unbelievable amount of coverage on its opening days of release; which took us both by surprise. So thanks to all who used and spread the word about the site.

After a great sale, we decided to go for something that caught Jons eye. He had been going on about it at me for quite a while, so I thought we’d have a look into it. We settled a price and purchased a unfinished website package which we saw a high amount of potential in over at the ClanTemplates Marketplace Forums.

We purchased the domain and design of EsportsAid.com along with several high quality gaming templates. This set us back $220; leaving our balance now at $1,178.95.

We plan to create an advanced custom php control management system for use by professional gaming teams. The site will be an all in one solution with hosting included in the deal. We hope to begin development in around 2-3 weeks once we have rolled out project number #6 which should finger crossed be finished around that time. With this project we are teaming up with a developer who has been working with us for the last few projects (46Bit). He will be developing the backend free of charge, whilst receiving a 50% cut of the sale price.

Late last week we sold domainrr for $850 on flippa. Minus all the fees left us with $806.05; we spent $160 on the project which leaves us with a profit of $646.05 a margin of 504%. We was thinking about keeping the project for a while but realized that the revenue from the sale of the project could be used to do projects which are bigger and could possibly be more sucessful; which leads me onto:

Project #5 – Feederr.com

Feederr is intended to be a quick flip following the success of ImageTwit. But obviously instead of Twitter is based around RSS feeds. Our thanks once again go to 46bit for doing a brilliant job. Feederr development cost us just $35 to develope and $10 to register the domain so a total of $45 altogether.

Beyond Feederr we have two more larger projects which are currently being developed; one of which should be launching within a week or two so make sure you keep an eye on the blog!

Just incase the above video is not sufficient heres a roundup of what Domainrr.com actually does.

Domainrr.com was developed due to one problem that me and Josh both found we have which was that we never new when our domains expired and where about they are registered and with what email account and etc. So domainrr.com was born its main purpose is to be a hub to hold lots of useful information about each domain you own a list of features can be found below:

Add, delete, modify domains

Information about each domain is automatically pulled from the system

Statistics are generated on each domain such as pagerank

Information can be exported in various formats

Reminds you of expiring domains via email

This site was developed by @46bit for $150 leaving our balance at around $130. We both believe 46bit to be one of the best coders we have ever worked with and thus he comes extremely recommended.

Feel free to tweet, stumble and digg about this project.

Hey guys, glad to announce our second project called resizem. What is it? I hear you cry. Resizem is an online based picture editor, which allows you to resize images, rotate them, watermark them, filter them, etc etc. The idea originally came from me being round a friends house, to cut it short, we needed to resize a couple images, he didn’t have photoshop, so this is when I came up with the idea. You can check the video below to see some of tools and that, it’s pretty cool, so be sure to check it out. This is also in BETA, we’ll be adding more features and everything in a couple weeks. If you have any feature ideas, reply back in a comment or contact form, and we’ll see if we can fit them in. If you also find any bugs, please get in touch aswell.

Resizem came to a total of $78.81 ($70 coding – $8.81 domain). Coding was done again by Raphael Caixeta, be sure to check him out if you need any work doing. Thanks for reading.

We came to the decision that today should be the day we say farewell to our very first project on startedwith100.com. Me and Josh both really enjoyed the project and in the short time we had it we thought we did quite well an early traffic seems to indicate it could be very successful with lots of organic traffic coming in from the search engines already. We both learnt from this project and hope to show improvements in the way we market our projects next time around.

Image Twit is a online twitter application where you can show your latest tweets in a image. Whether it be for a sig, banner or whatever. The image will automatically update with your latest tweets. Another cool addition we have is that you can make it look how you want, by choosing background your own colours. You can see the tour video below. (Click the HD Button for best results)

This was a fun project, mainly made for a quick flip. I designed/xhtml’d the design. The actual bit of coding was done by a fantastic coder, who will be doing all our projects. His name is Raphael Caixeta, so go check him out if you need any work doing. The project was a total of $75. ($5 domain – $70 coding), leaving our balance at $25. Feedback & Comments will be appreciated on our first project.
